Really yummy snow ice... got the Milk Snow Ice. It has red beans and peanuts at the bottom. So tasty and nice to share with 2-4 people for a little treat. Coffee was pretty good. The store is neat and clean. There are dark, cozy booths for privacy and also a more open eating area too. Customer service was a little weak- Wish there was a little more interaction and niceties. Overall, it was good and I'll go back!

Ordered few drinks, asked manager(i think) if she can remember the order (we got 6 drinks). She confirmed she remembers. Ordrr came out and drink sizes were mixed up. Went to the counter for correction, she didnt even aplogize nor looked like she was sorry. She said in order to make a correction, she has to charge the difference. .. never experience things like this at starbucks or any other cafe. For inconvenience and frustration, that should be covered. They are not the smartest people when it comes to taking order nor customer service. Save yourself a frustration and anger by making sure they write down your order.

This place was delicious! Omg this was my first time here and I would definitely go back. They have hidden table areas that gives you the feeling of having a private room. I think this is an excellent place to study/work However the young workers the day I went were sweet, you could tell some rather be anywhere else then there. Aside from that everyone was nice, place was clean, dessert was delicious and coffee was good.

Love this place, a variety of choices for cakes, cookies and all bakery stuff. Little pricey though but worth it!!Got cake for my husband birthday in April which was so delicious and fresh. Again got a cake for my son’s birthday, it was light with whipped cream and cherries...so delicious!!Has become my favorite place for all bakery stuff.

Good morning study session. Few people. But loud music. So if you like quiet places to study this isn't your place. It if you like music to drown out noise it's good.

Pro: Very sweet, tasty drinks. Cons: None of the bakery items have a "best by" date to them, but I decided to take a chance. Big mistake. Half of the items were stale. But the worst part of the visit was the customer service. Owner told the barista to "not fill the cups up" in Korean. (She just assumed I didn't understand.) So I ended up getting only 3/4 a drink in one cup and only 2/3 in another. Cheapskates. (Always check your drinks before you leave this store.)

Good food great look and fantastic booths but really dusty

You definitely can't go wrong with this Bakery this is one of the best I have been in a long time. They have so many kinds of cookies, cakes, special bread and an awesome awesome customer service. what's nice about this places that you can go you can sit and you can order to go or go sit down. The place looks really really nice. It looks like they maintaining this place really well and it's very clean.

This café as well as H Mart in the surrounding area is one of the only reasons I go to Carrollton to visit. I love the food and drinks at this cute little bakery café. They have really good pastries and bread as well as a really good coffee and bubble tea. It’s super relaxing, very bright, and a very chill place to do homework or chill with friends.

Americano is very flavorful...the little bites with the custard cream is delicious and only $.99 each. Love the booths and good ambience.

Terrible customer service. Cake was not fresh at all, strawberries were definitely in rotting stage with a bunch that tasted bad. Complained to them; however, they took zero responsibility. They were quite rude too tbh.

Customer service needs to improve! No one greets you when you come in and they just let you wait at the cashier while they continue cutting cake and stocking the bread instead of paying attention to the customers.

It is basically a good place, cool except the bathrooms are unattended.

The women who took my order was rude and unprofessional. Had a stuck up face and no smile. Slammed my cake down while looking at another customer. Didn’t listen to me when I ask for 1/2 teaspoon of honey in my tea. They put a load of it in. It was so sweet I can’t even drink it. When asked to change it, they gathered together (3 women) laughing and speaking Korean while I was standing there. They added more water in which didn’t help. Instead of making me another Drink, they took my drink to the back and did something to it. I left. What a bunch of b*txhy unprofessional people.

Huge bakery with lots of prepackaged baked items as well as whole cakes and tons of drinks (Boba tea, coffee, smoothies, etc.). They were low on the prepackaged baked items when we arrived on a Saturday evening but I can understand why. The place was buzzing with customers and we loved the great atmosphere. Everyone in my group had great drinks but mine was a little too sweet. I ordered the pomegranate tea which was overly sweet for me but I switched drinks with my little sister who loved it! We will definitely return!!

Fruit cream cake taste by itself is good, but sooo thin sheet of bread part with too much cream inside, no cocktail fruit inside and too soggy. I was disappointed about cake is getting worse and worse like this.

We went there on weekend and we ordered 2 cakes and 1 latte but one of the cake was not fresh at all!!! And the coffee is really tasteless I mean coffee was $4 something and it tastes same like gas station coffee’s. In addition restroom was really dirty!

Love their hidden tables! Great place to hang out with friends/family, have a small gathering with a private feel, or just study/work. Everything we've tried thus far has been great! Glad to have found one of our new bakery spots!

The cakes are amazing and atmosphere is really nice. I'm only dropping one star because the service isn't consistent. At time they are very nice and helpful. Others they are a little cold and Curt.I would still not hesitate recommending this place though.

Another visit I was there for the cafe and bakery items in the early morning on a weekday. There was a big bakery selection and I was able to get an item that I wanted that was made the day before at 50% off. It was quiet then and I had a booth that had a power port for my laptop. Good place if you need a place to work out of the office on a weekday.

Delicious coffee and the bakery have a lot of options, the friendly service and clean place make you feel welcome

I needed a place to do some work between meetings. To my pleasant surprise this place has semi private tables in archway type cut outs. There is a large booth in the corner that could easily fit 8-10 ppl. Wifi is super slow so I used my own hotspot but had to put my phone at the edge of the table to pick up signal since the tables are in those cut outs. The music is turned up so you don't feel strange talking on the phone since its not bothering your neighbor. The staff was helpful but I wouldn't say welcoming. The pecan cookie I had was crispy and meh, Green tea latte was good but not great. The bathroom needs to be cleaned and in desperate need of a new vanity. Overall a good place to work from or have a meeting.

I like coming here to hang out with friends or study. They have free WiFi that is decent and the pastries are pretty good. The music can be a little loud at time but overall I like coming.
